The Winter School aims to provide a multidisciplinary exploration of the integration of human-centered, sustainable, and responsible artificial intelligence (AI) in organizational settings. It offers participating students a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and opportunities that arise when introducing AI technologies into the workplace, ensuring that ethical and human-centered approaches are prioritized. This module brings together students and international experts from the fields of work psychology, work science, neuroinformatics, engineering, and philosophy. Students will engage with researchers and practitioners to explore diverse perspectives on the role of AI systems in shaping the future of work, fostering an environment of critical thinking and collaborative learning. The Winter School is a offered within the framework of NET-hUmAIN, a global network for user-centred and context-sensitive AI applications.

Open to Masterstudents of all disciplines. Students can achive 3 or more ECTS depending on exam performance.
